  • 5 cl Gaya Jequitiba

  • 5 cl coconut water

  • 2 cl white egg

  • 2,5 cl syrup

Recipe

  1. Mix the elements in a shaker with 5 ice cubes.

  2. Shake vigorously.

  3. Serve the cocktail in the glass and decorate with a sprig of rosemary.

Cocktail

  • 4cl Gaya Jequitiba

  • 2 cl red vermouth

  • 2 cl Cynar

  • Angostura Orange Bitter

  • Orange peel

Passionfruit

  1. Mix all the elements in a shaker with 5 ice cubes.

  2. Shake vigorously.

  3. Serve the cocktail in the glass and finish with a few shavings of grated Tonka.

  • 2,5cl of cocoa syrup

  • Grated Tonka feve

  • 4cl Gaya Jequitiba

  • 5cl pineapple juice 

  • 6 mint leaves

  • 2cl cane syrup

Ingredients​

Recipe

  1. Mix all the elements in a shaker with 5 ice cubes.

  2. Shake vigorously.

  3. Serve the cocktail in a bowl using a fine strainer.

  1. Mix the ingredients in a glass with 5 ice cubes.

  2. Cool the mixture by stirring with a spoon.

  3. Filter and serve in the glass.

  4. Add 4 ice cubes and decorate with orange zest.

  • 5 cl Gaya Jequitiba

  • 5 cl strained watermelon juice

  • 2,5 cl ginger syrup

  • Thin slice of watermelon

Ingredients​

Recipe

  1. Combine the ingredients in the glass with 5 ice cubes.

  2. Stir with a spoon.

  3. Decorate with the slice of watermelon and complete the glass with crushed ice.
